Apple Galette
Ingredients

cups
sliced apples
1
pre-made or store bought pie crust
1/4
cup
sugar
1
tbsp
flour
1 1/2
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Unfold pie crust on a cookie sheet
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Add in the sliced apples and cover with the mixture.
Top the apples over the middle of the crust leaving a little room on the outer edges.
Fold up the edges to seal around the filling.
Bake for 20 minutes. Watch to make sure crust is golden brown and apples are cooked/softened
